The invisible nature of the service business makes standards of quality harder to measure. We have always known this. Hence, instead of measuring our service in terms of a lack of complaints, or simply meeting the objectives of those we serve, we use a different yardstick. We aim to delight. This makes our standards much higher than if we simply offered something that is good.

Our value system is driven by one simple set of priorities. Our clients’ interests always come first. In this lies our own best interest. Another element of this value system makes us more concerned about how we make our money than how much money we make.

This makes accountability a very easy goal to meet.
